The curriculum at Maa Ganga Yogashala has been organized with the aim of offering full-fledged understanding of yoga, as it is embraced by modernity. It is an extensive topic that encompasses the physical postures, known as asanas, pranayama, which is the breathing exercises, and meditation and yoga philosophy. Students will be learning about anatomy and physiology to know how yoga works on the physical and psychological aspects of individuals. It also covers teaching technique, which enables you to teach other people with confidence and precision. All the sessions are very much supported with the theoretical aspects of Yoga-making the practice much more deeper than what exists on the surface. The program is very much designed in a way that prepares a student to be a good Yoga Savior for life.
