The curriculum at Maa Ganga Yogashala has been organized with the aim of offering full-fledged understanding of yoga, as it is embraced by modernity. It is an extensive topic that encompasses the physical postures, known as asanas, pranayama, which is the breathing exercises, and meditation and yoga philosophy. Students will be learning about anatomy and physiology to know how yoga works on the physical and psychological aspects of individuals. It also covers teaching technique, which enables you to teach other people with confidence and precision. All the sessions are very much supported with the theoretical aspects of Yoga-making the practice much more deeper than what exists on the surface. At Maa Ganga Yogashala we also offer a personal retreat that nurtures your inside trip by maintaining a restful and relaxing ambiance. The facilities where we will be staying are an ashram type along with being free of germs, safe, and located within the tranquil settings of Rishikesh. There is an option to take a private room or a shared room, and both rooms are furnished with an attached bathroom, hot water and Wi-Fi access.

We present three vegetarian sattvic meals with attention to strong vegetables, locally-obtained and seasonal products, and we also cook with love. There are herbal tea and filtered drinking water as well. Our food is yogic; light, balanced, and cleansing which assists you to enliven, clarify and be completely refreshed during your stay.
