Cash on Arrival

If you prefer to pay in cash, you can pay your deposit in person on the day you arrive at the school. However, please confirm your place via WhatsApp or email in advance so we can reserve your spot — cash payment alone does not guarantee availability.

Important to Know

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposit is Non-Refundable

All deposits paid to secure a place are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Transfer Within 3 Months

Deposits can be transferred to a future batch within 3 months of the original start date, subject to availability.

30+ Days Notice

Full-payment cancellations made 30+ days before the course start date receive a 70% refund (deposit excluded).

Within 30 Days

Cancellations within 30 days of the course start date — no refund. Once a course begins, no refund is possible.

Important Notes

Always notify us of any cancellation at least one week before the course start date.
Course transfers are subject to availability in the requested batch and must be confirmed in writing.
We strongly recommend purchasing personal travel insurance that covers cancellation for reasons beyond your control.
In the unlikely event that Maa Ganga Yogashala must cancel a batch, students will receive a full refund or a transfer to the next available batch.

How to Book Your Place

Submit Your Enquiry

Fill in the Apply Now form or message us on WhatsApp with your preferred course, dates, and room type.

Receive Confirmation

Our team confirms availability and sends you payment details and the deposit amount within 24 hours.

Pay the Deposit

Transfer the deposit via bank transfer, Wise, or UPI. Send us the payment confirmation screenshot on WhatsApp.

04

Place Confirmed

Your place is secured. We send joining instructions, arrival details, and what to bring.

05

Arrive & Pay Balance

Arrive at Maa Ganga Yogashala and pay the remaining balance in cash or via UPI on your first day.
