Booking & Payment

For our classes and our retreats in Maa Ganga Yogashala, a deposit is needed to reserve your spot which is non-refundable. It has to be paid in cash before the beginning of the program and the balance must be paid as well. This policy will guarantee your reservation and helps us to offer the best conditions for all the participants.

Cancellation Policy

Our yogshala at Maa Ganga does allow you make changes to a program, whether cancelation or postponement thereof. However, it is please to note that any advance payment made are non-refundable. This policy comes in handy to ensure that we can handle our scheduling needs well to provide the best for all the participants. If there is anything which makes it impossible for someone to make it on the agreed date, he or she should inform the company early enough to discuss whether the appointment should be rescheduled or cancelled. Thank you for your support once more, or as you may wish to put it, thank you for your patience.

Participation

It will be important for all participants to participate fully in the program. The management of Maa Ganga Yogashala retains the right to expel any participant who becomes a nuisance to learning.

Health & Liability

It is the participant’s role to take care of their health and it is their responsibility to declare any conditions they may have had prior to participating in the study. It is an important note to make that Maa Ganga Yogashala is not legally responsible for any sicknesses or accidents that may happen during the program.

Code of Conduct

All participants, be it students, teachers, or the staff, are required to be courteous to one another at Maa Ganga Yogashala. We promote the appreciation of and respect for everyone in the organization. Violations of acceptable standards of behavior, disrespect, and related misconduct may lead to dismissal from the program without the refund. This policy is important in order to foster a positive and beneficial experience for those involved.

Changes to Schedule

Maa Ganga Yogashala reserves the right to change any part of the program schedule and its content. Although we will do our best to stick to the timelines provided in the published schedule, changes may occur to make the learning process more effective or in the cases of force majeure. Any major developments concerning their participation will be relayed to them in writing immediately.

Photography & Media

It may be necessary for Maa Ganga Yogashala to use cameras to capture photos and/ or videos during the program for publicity. If you do not wish to appear in a photo or a video, kindly let us know as early as possible. Your privacy concerns are important to us and we will do all we can to honor your choices.

Personal Belongings

Maa Ganga Yogashala does not take any responsibility for the loss or theft of the participants’ belonging during the program. They should ensure their belongings are secure and to take suitable measures to protect any and all personal property.
